To ensure any requirements for “Friends” sessions can be reasonably met Gender, First language, Other requirements Legitimate interest – this information is necessary for us to ensure that “Friends” events are fully accessible to attendees and required support is given
To inform you about relevant opportunities with Matthew 25:40 Name, Email, Contact number Consent – this will only be used for this purpose with your active consent
To share details with other registered friends through Matthew 25:40 app (to be developed) Name, Email, Contact number Consent – this will only be used for this purpose with your active consent
To share your details with relevant partner organisations to send you details of their services and events Name, Email, Contact number, Gender, First language, Other requirements, Support of/from other faith-based organisations Consent – this will only be used for this purpose with your active consent

We will only use your data in a manner that is appropriate considering the basis on which that data was collected, as set out in the table above.  For example:

  • To email you about upcoming “Friends” events
  • To send you details of how to register on our app (coming soon)

We may share your information with partner organisations of Matthew 25:40 including Friary, Grace Church and other faith-based organisations that support the work we do. We will only ever share your data if you have explicitly given us consent to pass your information on to a third party.

Your information is stored securely on Microsoft OneDrive for Business. We will only ever ask for the minimum amount of data for the required purpose and will remove it once it is no longer required.

Your right of access – You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to erasure – You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information.
